The Pretzel Challenge

The war of the pretzels began with a single action by the wrong person who happened to be in an unfortunate place at the wrong time . With a crackle and a pop all hell was let loose. For Katie had not known what the consequences would be, had she known she would have chosen a different path, a less destructive path, a wiser path. But as she raised that decadent chocolate covered pretzel to her mouth and began to savor it, there was no turning back. What was done was done, and done was what was done. Andrew quickly came over and brutally snatched the bag of pretzels out of Katie’s grasp. He scurried away and stowed them in a place where they were safe from any predators.Katie quickly began her search but as fate would have it, she didn’t succeed on her first mission. Andrew decided to give her a little hint “may other entre ate meet”. It took her a while but Katie finally decoded the message. The pretzels were located on a coordinate between “mayo” and “emmet’s dog treats”. She found them and ran off stealthy as a fox and hid them. Due to his pursuit of her and the pretzels, Andrew found the pretzels under the guest room bed. He took off, pretzels in hand, and Katie followed. It took a while but eventually Katie won back the pretzels and took them back to the kitchen where she and Andrew agreed to share them in peace… for now.
