My featured blog post this week is on the MAD lunch. This month there was pizza, salad, and ICE CREAM SUNDAYS!!!! There was a very large assortment of pizzas, but I went for the gold and got Olio e Limone pizza. It had basil and cheese and other nice toppings on it, and it sure was delicious. It was very gourmet, which is how I like it; thin crust and not too much cheese, but great flavor. I got two different kinds of salad. One of them had a creamy dressing with pomegranite seeds in it, and the other had an italian dressing with salami chick peas and croutons. They were both delish, but I had to pick the salami out of the Italian one because I don’t eat salami. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not vegetarian or anything, but I just don’t like red meat or pork, I mainly just like birds and fish if that makes sense; like salmon, chicken and turkey.  For the first time in a long time I had cookies n’ cream ice cream in my sundae. I’d forgotten just how good it is. I topped it off with crumbled Oreos, semi sweet chocolate chips, and chocolate covered raisins. Mad lunches are the best! Comment below what you had for lunch!
